Refund Policy
Overview
At Get Fitness Clubs, we value our members and want to provide a clear and transparent Refund Policy. This policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and credits are handled for memberships, passes, and other services offered through our clubs and website. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Memberships
- Monthly Memberships: Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis. Refunds are not issued once a monthly payment has been processed. Members may cancel at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Annual Memberships: Annual membership payments are non-refundable once processed. However, you may cancel renewal before the next billing cycle begins.
Short-Term Passes
- 1-Day, 1-Week, and 1-Month Passes: All short-term passes are non-refundable. Once purchased, these passes are valid for the specified duration only and cannot be paused, extended, or refunded.
Group Classes and Training Sessions
- Group Classes: Pre-paid group classes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may reschedule (subject to availability) with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Personal Training Sessions: Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged in full.
Special Programs and Promotions
- Special promotions, challenges, or limited-time offers are final sale and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be considered only under limited circumstances, including:- Duplicate charges due to a system error
- Service unavailability caused by the club for an extended period (beyond 14 consecutive days)
